We run flu vaccination weeks one or more times each year, depending on community need. During these weeks, our team works across different locations to bring vaccinations closer to people.

Why we run this

The flu can spread quickly and can make people very sick.

Some people are at higher risk including:

• babies and young children
• older people
• pregnant women
• people with other health conditions

Getting vaccinated helps protect you, your family and the wider community.

How it works

During Flu Vaccination Week, our teams go out into the community and offer vaccinations at places like:

• workplaces
• community organisations
• schools
• other local sites

We also continue to offer vaccinations at the Mala’la clinic.
